We at DCB Bank empower our employees to take their career growth into their own hands. Our unique promotion guidelines allow eligible employees to apply for a promotion on their own without their supervisor’s approval – just as long as they meet the performance rating criteria.

Employees at the junior level are evaluated by testing them on their knowledge about Banking, the organisation and aptitude, while for promotion to a Manager and upward grade, the organisation uses a Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) process. To ensure zero bias during the interview process, panellists from same Business Unit are not included on the panel.
